  • Research. Highlights of important studies.
  • Case Studies. Applications of key program topics.
  • Resources and Tools. Print and on-line resources to support professional practice and ongoing reference.
  • Learning Activities. To support application of key program content and skills to job settings and roles.
  • Self-Assessment Questions. Test participant understanding of key program content, prepare participants for the certification examination.
  • Activity Debriefs and Self-Assessment Answers. Included at the end of each module and following each activity in the eLearning program.
  • Certification Examination. A psychometrically evaluated, one-hundred item, multiple choice examinations.
