CCP Certification and Staff Accreditation

CCP Certification

  • Upon successfully completing the CCP program and examination, individuals may add “CCP” following their name and other credential(s) to designate their CCP certification status. As an interdisciplinary certification, CCP supplements existing training, licensure, or certification(s).
  • Professionals should always refer to the federal, state, employer, or professional guidelines or statutes governing their profession or role to determine the specific services they may or may not provide.

CCP Staff Accreditation

  • Organizations who require CCP certification for their team or staff may attain CCP accreditation status. CCP accreditation assures purchasers, health plans, and consumers that the organization’s staff have been specially prepared in this new model of care and have passed a national certification examination.
  • Organizations who have attained staff accreditation may request a jpg copy of the CCP seal that can be used on web sites or in customer proposals—for a competitive market advantage. For questions about CCP accreditation or to apply for accreditation for your team or organization, please contact CCP@HealthSciences.org
