Upcoming Chronic Care Professional (CCP) Live Sessions

In addition to our ongoing self-directed CCP eLearning and on-site live programs, HealthSciences Institute will offer three open sessions of the two-day live Chronic Care Professional (CCP) certification program in 2008 in conjunction with the Disease Management Colloquium, Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance.
