CCP Approved for CE Hours for Certified Case Managers (CCMs)

Beginning with the first state-funded pilot by the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services in 2004, the CCP program has prepared case managers for their critical roles in chronic care. Now the Case Management Certification Commission (CMCC) has formally approved the CCP program for 40 CE hours toward Certified Case Manager (CCM) recertification. Also, in a special arrangement with the Case Management Society of America, CMSA members are also eligible for a 25% reduction in the total fee for CCP tuition, materials and examination (Special code: CMSA).
