CCP Online Video Library Expanded:
 Motivational Interviewing in Health Care Series Planned

HealthSciences Institute currently offers the largest available online motivational interviewing (MI) video library to all participants enrolled in the Chronic Care Professional (CCP) certification program. In partnership with the University of New Mexico, participants can view the Motivation Interviewing: Preparing People for Change video series with MI founders Drs. William Miller and Stephen Rollnick. In December, the complete Chicago interview with Dr. Susan Butterworth on Applying Motivational Interviewing in Health Care was added. Earlier this month, HealthSciences Institute completed filming at Oregon Health Sciences University of over ten video vignettes featuring MI experts working with real patient volunteers at risk of, or affected by, chronic conditions. Segments from this series will be provided free to our Population Health Improvement Learning Collaborative members in the coming months. And later this year, HealthSciences Institute will release the first-ever Motivational Interviewing in Population Health Improvement training DVD featuring real clinicians working with real patient volunteers. All video content will be provided to participants currently enrolled in the CCP program.
