DMAA Forum 2010 & Integrated Care Summit

A one day CCP preconference event will be offered in conjunction with the DMAA Forum 2010 and Integrated Care Summit. The program covers the foundations of population health improvement, evidence-based medical care guidelines, and the latest brief motivational interviewing approaches and techniques. Attendees also complete the online CCP eLearning program and online certification examination within one year of registration. The entire blended learning program is 40 hours in length.
