Chronic Care Professional (CCP) Certification

CCP is the only nationally recognized health coaching and chronic care certification program. Based on health care workforce competency recommendations of the Institute of Medicine, CCP prepares professionals in validated approaches for engaging patients and supporting self-care and health behavior change.

CCP includes an award-winning, 40-hour CE approved online learning program, 400+ page text, exam, access to the largest motivational interviewing (MI) video training library, and monthly health coaching skill-building webinars. CCP tuition is $1,295; reduced association, organization and military tuition rates are available.
