The standard individual CCP tuition fee is $1,295. This includes:

• CE certificate (nurse, case manager and physician-approved CE)
• Access to three years of monthly, archived training webinars that fulfill all CCP recertification requirements (50 hours)
• The largest MI skill-building video library featuring Miller, Rollnick and a panel of HealthSciences’ MI health coaching experts (10 hours)

If you would like to offer CCP to your employees or members at a reduced fee and do not have a group or tuition reimbursement account, please contact us now.

CCA and CMSA members may register for the program at a 25% discounted fee ($971.25). If you’re a CMSA member enter the code CMSA during registration; CCA members enter CCAL.

HealthSciences offers all active, reserve or retired military personnel and their dependents a 35% CCP tuition fee reduction ($841.75). Enter special code MILH during registration.

Access to the CCP Learning Modules. CCP registrants receive one-year access to the 40-hour online CCP certification program. Adobe Flash Player is required and the program can be accessed on Windows or Macintosh-based systems using Explorer, Firefox or Safari internet browsers.

CCP Program & Reference Manual. The CCP manual is a comprehensive learning manual and essential reference guide for health coaches or other professionals in chronic care. The spiral-bound, 400-page manual is available exclusively to CCP program participants.

MI Skill-Building Library. CCP includes access to the largest MI video library (ten hours) with the entire Miller and Rollnick MI training series and the first MI-based health coaching video skill-building series for clinicians (Evidence-Based Health Coaching: MI in Action; HealthSciences Institute, 2011).

Monthly Skill-Building Webinars. HealthSciences hosts the largest health coaching learning community with the PartnersInImprovement Alliance. Every month, we offer non-commercial, expert-led skill-building webinars. CCP members receive free access to instant video replays and learning materials from past, current and future events. CCP Certification Examination. Individuals completing the CCP program are eligible to take the on-line 100 item multiple-choice certification examination; a score of 70% or better is required for certification and two attempts are allowed within one-year of registration. CCP Examination >

Chronic Care Professional Certificate. Participants are emailed a CCP certificate upon passing the examination. Printed with a color printer, the certificate is suitable for framing. The CCP certificate (PDF) may also be submitted to new or existing employers for verification of CCP certification status.

Continuing Education Certificate and Approvals. Professionals completing the Chronic Care Professional (CCP) learning program are also emailed a PDF continuing education (CE) certificate upon successfully completing the CCP examination.
